Users > yourusershortname > Library > Caches > Metadata > iCal

If you have more than one calendar, there will be more than one folder in that location.

Don't forget about the pref files (if you didn't simply copy the entire Preferences folder back to your new user):
* Users > yourusershortname > Library > Preferences > com.apple.iCal.AlarmScheduler.plist
* Users > yourusershortname > Library > Preferences > com.apple.iCal.helper.plist
* Users > yourusershortname > Library > Preferences > com.apple.iCal.plist

If you will depend on this new "installation", after you put everything in place, you should quit iCal, repair permissions, launch iCal, and wait for an event alarm to be sure it works correctly.
